  • Mi-box Live will only accept products returned that are: accompanied by a valid proof of purchase for the products. Returned Products to Mi-box Live HQ should contain all items included in the original product.

    All returned products need to be tested and the fault verified before any refund, repair or replacement can be issued.

  • We have a unique 48-hours returns policy. This means the customer is entitled to return an unwanted item within 48-hours of sale for a full refund. Refunds will be subject to testing that to ensure the item is returned in the same condition as sold. In order to prevent abuse, Mi-box Live reserves the right to limit the number of exchanges from a specific customer. We advise customers send in any photographic evidence to the below email.

    Contact team@miboxlive.com if you want:

    1. us to repair the goods;

    2. us to replace the goods;

    3. a price reduction; or

    4. To reject the goods and get a refund (within 24 hours).

    Please note that all items at Games Quest Fulfilment can receive minor levels of damage to the packaging, which in no way affects game play.

    Products will arrive cellophane wrapped and packaged to the highest standard and may have minor cosmetic damage to the box.

    In rare instances where the game is not playable upon delivery. This may be due to missing pieces, or damage that goes beyond the described grade boundaries. A refund will be issued once we receive photo evidence.

    If the app you have subscribed to is having some technical difficulties and this effects gameplay, our games developers / technicians will inspect the product to establish the fault de-bug and fix any problems to make sure we provide a fun learning environment and a high quality service to you, our customers.

    When will you issue the refund?

    Once we have received your returned item(s) we will process your refund within 14 days.

    How will you refund me?

    We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used when you placed your order unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
